Dreadnought Estate

Dreadnought Trading Estate was formed in the late 1960’s from parts of the old Rope Walks, remnants from Bridport’s historic rope and netting industry, as well as some allotment gardens. Since then, the estate has been gradually developed with modern units of various and adaptable sizes. Dozens of businesses have flourished on the estate including start-ups and relocations, all operating in a variety of low and high tech industries servicing their local, national and international customers. Dreadnought maintains a healthy and settled client list, the majority of whom have been tenants for 10, 20 or more years, with one business still remaining from the outset.
